Library Materials Handling Consultation and RFID/AMH Procurement
Consultation with Anoka County Library (MN) to evaluate each of their branches to identify opportunities for improving materials handling workflows and recommend whether, if applicable, how to implement RFID and automated materials handling.
The engagement went through a process of exploring opportunities with AMH and RFID and helping the Library make a strategic procurement plan and then assist throughout the procurement process (including drafting the procurement document and the scripts used by vendors during the demonstration phase). Engagement continued through implementation and contract negotiations.
